Has given more than 200 talks in over a dozen countries. Teaches at the Instituto de Empresa and ESADE Business Schools. Regularly writes for newspapers, and frequently appears on the radio and TV.
Has received widespread recognition for her work: Manager Forum Speaker Prize (2009); Medal for Military Merit (2008) for a leadership programme carried out with the Spanish armed forces; Academic Excellence Award in the Instituto de Empresa Business School (2010); Leading Blog classification awarded by Entrepreneurs magazine(2009); Opinion Leader in Human Resources in Spain, awarded by Digital Human Resources (2011).
