Innovate or die
In the last few decades, discoveries in the neurosciences have given rise to a whole new lexicon in the field of people management, with terms such as neuroleadership, bioleadership, neuromarketing or neuromanagement becoming common currency. All of these new words describe changes in the way that leaders manage their teams; and, above and beyond traditional leadership skills, they focus on the ability to effectively manage one’s biological, psychological and intellectual faculties in order to help teams to achieve the objectives they have been set.
